BEATING THE SUGAR CRAVINGS

On average Americans consume over 100 pounds of sugar each year. Every day we are bombarded with sweets and processed foods loaded with sugar. We are then faced with the decision to cave into our cravings or not. Learn how to overcome sugar cravings and why one might be having them in the first place.

INTUITIVE AND MINDFUL EATING

It seems like every other week there is a new diet to try or a superfood that is going to help you lose weight. Learn the importance of trusting your intuition as to what foods work best for you, how to ‘let go’ of dieting, and eat with your whole body for optimal health and well-being.
