At Root, yoga is a foundational practice that we encourage for everyone, as it truly synergizes mind, body and spirit. And, while we believe it is fundamental, we recognize that wellness and health are as dynamic as life and at various times in one’s journey, one may need additional support or variety to attain their goals. Therefore, Root offers other types of movement classes (such as Pilates and Rhythm) which can be beneficially integrated into your practice.
All yoga and movement classes are open to every fitness level and can be modified to accommodate any level of practice . If you are new to any of our classes, please be sure to advise your instructor. We invite all to start or enhance your journey with us. Namaste.
