Set to occur however often you and the therapist decide together, these are your regular 60-minute sessions where the therapist patient relationship is built, techniques are implemented, issues and triumphs are discussed, and ultimately where healing, growth & acceptance take place.
Telehealth Counseling
Experience counseling with a holistic approach from the comfort of your own time. This option works for those who like being in their own space, or for those with busy schedules.
