Dr. Bradley Capron, L.Ac, DACM

L.Ac, DACM

Bradley is an experienced practitioner, who focuses on pain and orthopedic conditions
in his acupuncture style, in addition to addressing many other physical or mental health
concerns. Treatments involve various gentle needling techniques, sports medicine ‘dry
needling’ of trigger points, bodywork, cupping, and electro-acupuncture. His specialized
training in herbs offers custom compounding services, and individualized supplement
and nutritional plans. He can help with complex and challenging cases, more focused
health concerns, as well as basic holistic wellness plans. The goal of his practice is to
focus on a patient’s primary treatment goals, help to achieve lasting results, and have
everyone leave feeling better than when they came in.
Bradley began his career in acupuncture in 2001 when he decided to focus on creating
a more fulfilling and harmonious life, that was also of service to others in a substantive
way. He earned his master’s degree from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of
Hawaii in 2004 and completed a doctorate program at the Oregon College of Oriental
Medicine in Portland in 2022, to deepen his clinical skills and understanding of some of
the Taoist cosmological roots of this medicine.
His journey has afforded him many opportunities to work in a variety of settings,
including several multi-practitioner integrated clinics, resort spas, individual private
practice, and motor vehicle accident specialty clinics. Other experience includes
previous licensure as a massage therapist in Shiatsu and Deep Tissue, internships with
various skilled herbalists, and years of professional organic farming, including herbal
cultivation and production techniques. In addition, he works as a clinical student
supervisor and herbal practicum instructor at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
Nature has always been a major inspiration in Bradley’s life, inspiring and informing
both his medical understanding, and life philosophy. He is very grateful to be able to live
in the beautiful and green Pacific Northwest, and loves being outdoors in his garden, or
roaming the trails.
