Diana comes to Root from her own roots in Southern California, where she graduated as a Massage Therapist & Holistic Health Practitioner in San Diego in 2001 and then opened her own spa in Pasadena from 2013 until 2021 when she relocated to the Pacific Northwest.

Diana believes that bodywork and energy healing are a key to health and wellness. As a mother of two, she knows the necessity and value of self care and energy renewal. Bodywork modalities drawn from include Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, classic Swedish, deep tissue, Structural Integration, Polarity Therapy, hot stone massage and massage cupping. Energy Medicine, chakra balancing and Reiki are specialties integrated to truly treat body, mind & spirit, which Diana sees as powerful self care for our evolving needs. She brings a grounded presence, healing intention and intuitive blending of techniques that have been described as “poetry in the body.”
