I knew massage was my passion from an early age and come from a long line of women healers in my family. From nurses to cranial sacral practitioners, I’ve experienced integrated medicine that addresses what holds us back physically, mentally and emotionally. I’ve been a massage therapist since 2014, graduating from Cortiva Institute of Seattle. Since getting my license I’ve worked on all different kinds of bodies and many kinds of injuries from motor vehicle accidents (MVA) to worker’s compensation and chronic pain such as scoliosis and fibromyalgia. I’ve found that structural integration and gentle somatic work is my style of treatment, making long lasting change along with relaxation. I’ve recently been certified in cranial sacral and look forward to incorporating this into my sessions and continuing the family tradition.
