Another winner from Web MD: This time, advice from Melinda Sothern, PhD, co-author of Trim Kids. Melinda offers 10 ways to raise food-smart kids. The best part about this advice may be that, like many things marketed for kids, it’s a great reminder for adults as well. If you’re not doing everything on this list after all, how can you expect to pass on the good habits to your kids? Don’t have kids? The advice still applies. Sit down to dinner at night, don’t tell yourself foods are good or bad, build good habits that will help you be at your best. You deserve it.
