Simone is an explorer, photographer, student and teacher of yoga, group facilitator, lover of the ocean, and a believer in our capacity as a human race to create positive change in the world. She has traveled the world as an international educator for high school and college students, facilitating global awareness and inspiring introspection and self-transformation for the last 10 years. Opportunities have been abundant to both learn and teach yoga, meditation, and breathwork in the far corners of the earth with students from varying countries, backgrounds, ages, languages, and experience levels. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in New York City in 2010, studying under Alan Finger, Jean Koerner, and Sarah Platt at ISHTA yoga–a practice that integrates Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda. Her personal style is a flow-based yoga rooted in body sensation and playful movement, connecting breath to the physical and subtle bodies, and integrating both eastern and western philosophies to support the individual. She encourages her students to use the physical body as a gateway to discovering the subtler dimensions of their true-nature. Her classes provide the space for each student to find the pathway to their own personal bliss.
