Stinging Nettles.  Those words make me sort of itchy.  Or maybe I’m just itching for warmer weather and I shouldn’t blame the nettle and it’s spring growing season for my problems.  As it turns out, Nettles are an amazing plant, good for you, and even delicious.  They have a long history as helpful plant, dating back to prehistoric times.  They’ve been made into strings and used make clothing.  The German army wore them in the first World War.  I recommend eating them.

Try these Nettle recipes:

Singing Nettles.  Those words make me sort of hungry.
