Dear Root Whole Body Community,

We are so grateful to you for supporting us in our transition to live stream classes and events.  These last few weeks have been a learning curve for us as we continue to support our teachers, clinicians, and our students in this process. For now,  we are still offering a diverse schedule of classes, events, teachers, and clinicians for you every day of the week, including access to our recorded classes and events for 7 days after each class. There are some new practices and reminders that we’d like to share to make sure your live streaming experience runs as smoothly as possible.  Whether you’ve been taking our classes, or not, please read these new instructions:

  • Access our class schedule page through your Mindbody account via our website or the app. Here you will see our current schedule under the “classes” tab.
  • Find the class/event you want to sign up for and once you complete your registration online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with instructions and a link to access the class/event.
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation, here’s some possible reasons why:
    • You opted out of email communication in Mind Body Online - you can change this by going into your profile online
    • It may have landed in your SPAM or JUNK box
    • Your email was entered incorrectly in your Mind Body Online account - you can login and go to your profile to change your email address
    • You used your account to purchase a class/event for someone else -At this time, if you are reserving a class for someone else using your account, they will not receive the auto email and neither will you.  The best work around is to make a single reservation for yourself, and then ALSO make a reservation for them. You will then receive the auto email and you can forward it to them to share the link to the class.
  • Within 24 hours of the class, all people who signed up for the class (whether you were at the live stream or not) will receive a recording to view for up to 7 days.
Please let us know if you have any questions.  We will continue to get through this together!

All our best,
Root Whole Body

Hatha

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all forms of yoga. By concentrating on the inner experience of each asana (pose), the steadiness of mind and body becomes evident. Students learn to focus on alignment and breath to release more deeply, while energizing subtle channels. Because Hatha moves at a deliberate pace, it complements a more vigorous practice and can aid in healing from injury. Hatha is suitable for all levels.
