Raised in Beijing, Dr. Scarlett grew up immersed in the traditions of Chinese medicine. She studied with Daoist teachers, Qigong masters, and Chinese medicine practitioners before completing her formal training at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland.

Her approach brings together classical Chinese medicine, ongoing research, and attentive listening to support whole-body health. Through acupuncture and holistic care, she works with a wide range of concerns, including pain, digestive issues, allergies, and complex chronic conditions. At the heart of her practice is a belief in the body’s wisdom and our connection to the natural world.

Outside the treatment room, Scarlett enjoys Tai Chi and Qigong, woodworking, fishing, and translating ancient Chinese medical texts into English.
