Homemade Granola!

Yummy & Easy to Make!

4 cups gluten-free oats

1 cup raw nuts

1 cup raw seeds

1 cup raisins

1 cup coconut flakes

3 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except coconut flakes, in a large bowl using your hands to make sure oil is melted and well mixed. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread mixture and bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in coconut flakes and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
