Samantha Brinkmann: Samantha's yoga practice began about 5 years ago when dealing with both mental and physical health challenges from an autoimmune disease. Her practice has allowed her to find healing by creating safety in the body, strengthening the mind-body connection, and discovering self-compassion, which she is now passionate about instilling in her students. Samantha is a certified 200HR yoga instructor and health & wellness coach who brings a unique trauma-informed lens and holistic approach to her style of teaching. Her intention is for students to leave with principles they can apply to their life both on and off the mat. Come to one of Samantha's classes for a refreshing flow, stay for the life philosophies that are sure to inspire your journey to happiness and healing!
Katrina Cantu is a 1000 Hr. Cert Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, & Health and Wellness Enthusiast. Katrina loves to study yoga, meditation, and self-realization. She is Yoga Certified 1000 hr, Jyotish 1 Certified, & Reiki 1&2 Certified. What she teaches is diverse, a blend of Hatha, Kriya, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Gentle Yoga. She values the importance of breath and movement in daily life. She weaves this into her classes to create an experience that offers an opportunity to feel energized, refreshed, and calm. Being an adventurer she has traveled extensively around the globe studying and practicing yoga, meditation, and culture. Her travels and studies have created a unique skill set that flows effortlessly in her teaching. These ancient practices have a way of bringing you to your highest self and assisting you in accessing your highest potential! Come along!
Tina Olivia: With over 16 years of teaching many forms of yoga including yin, hatha, vinyasa, restorative, & therapeutic, Tina brings a true love and knowledge of the human body to her classes. Also a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates/Core and The Melt Method Instructor, Tina guides thoughtful classes on multiple levels to inspire movement, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Angela's classes will invite you to dive deep into rest and reconnect with your breath. Her heart-centered approach to teaching draws inspiration from nature and encourages radical acceptance and self-love. No matter what brings you to your mat, Angela hopes to create a welcoming and inclusive space where you can connect with yourself and your community through movement. Angela first came to her mat in 2007 and found a home in yoga through international moves, grief, joy, and the unique challenges of twin motherhood. She has taught since 2014 and is trained in Ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, and children's yoga (E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP). She is deeply grateful to her many teachers, especially Valerie Jeremijenko, Eoin Finn, Insiya Finn, Jamie King, Lesley Gray, and Lana Maree. Off her mat, Angela is a potter, art educator, gardener, and mother to twins. She believes that nature and movement are essential ingredients for a happy heart.
Rosalea: I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago; attending my first Iyengar class at a beautiful little studio in Cedar Hills, Oregon. Initially looking to yoga as a new form of movement, I became entranced with the precision of body alignment, and the strength I developed through regular practice. After a major abdominal surgery in 2018, as well as struggling with burn-out from an intense corporate job, I longed to get back into the yoga studio, and needed a more gentle option to ease back into movement. I discovered Restorative Yoga, and fell in love with yoga all over again. Restorative practices nourish and renew the nervous system, helping the body re-set and heal from our stressful and over-stimulating environment. I subscribe to the belief that yoga is first and foremost a practice of the mind. It is to quiet our mind, to help us find our true Self, and truly understand the universal Self that connects us all. The asana (yoga poses) practice is a way to connect soul to mind to body. Consistent and steady practice provides deep nourishment to our physical body, and is a discipline to reach that inner Self.
